1/2	c	Plus 2 tbsp. melted
		Margarine
1	c	Brown sugar
1		Egg
1/2	c	Milk
1	ts	Vanilla
1 3/4	c	Flour
6	tb	Cocoa
1	ts	Baking powder
1/4	ts	Baking soda

Beat margarine, sugar and egg until creamy. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa, then add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Beat well and add vanilla. Chill a short time. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. When cookies are cooled, frost with chocolate frosting.
